Michael Paul, aka Wyzard, is a 25-year-old software developer, open-source afficionado, and all-around geek. He graduated from Lehigh University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, and now works as a software engineer at Lockheed Martin IS&S.

Mike got his first computer at age two, started programming in BASIC in middle school, and was introduced to Linux sometime in 1996. When it came time to choose a major for college, there was never any question about what sort of career he wanted to pursue.

When not sitting in front of a glowing screen, Mike can often be found racing down a ski slope or scaling up an indoor rock wall. Or maybe just reading a book, which is likely to be either fantasy, science fiction, or technical in nature.
